Abweichungen in Farbe, Form und Struktur, Risse, Harzaustritte, Verfärbungen und Trockenrisse die durch Witterungseinflüsse und Wärmeperioden entstehen sind von der Reklamation ausgeschlossen. Um lange Freude an Ihrem Produkt zu haben sollten Sie darauf achten, dass das Holz langsam an starke Temperaturunterschiede angepasst wird und auch von einem feuchten Zustand nicht zu schnell getrocknet wird.
